This policy explains what information QubitSofTech collects through https://qubitsoftech.com, why we collect it and what we do with it. It applies to this website only — our mobile applications are separate products with their own privacy policies.
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to https://qubitsoftech.com. QubitSofTech develops and publishes multiple mobile applications, and each application is a separate product with its own functionality and data practices. Different applications may collect different categories of information — or no personal information at all — and may use different device permissions and third-party services.
Accordingly, individual applications may have separate, application-specific Privacy Policies, and an application's privacy practices may differ from those described here. Where an application-specific Privacy Policy exists, that policy governs the collection, use, disclosure, retention, security and deletion of information relating to that particular application. The privacy practices of one QubitSofTech application should not be assumed to apply to any other.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information through this website — including government identifiers, financial account details or health information.
Form submissions are validated on our server and then delivered to our email inbox using the delivery provider configured for the site. Where that provider is a third party, it processes the contents of your submission on our behalf and under its own privacy policy. We use those details for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if it develops into a project, to carry out that work.
Submissions are rate-limited and screened for automated spam. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of a contact form submission.

Inquiry emails are retained for as long as they remain relevant to our correspondence with you or to a project we are carrying out, and are then deleted. Records connected to a completed engagement may be kept for as long as required for tax, accounting or legal purposes.
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold in connection with a website inquiry at any time by emailing admin@qubitsoftech.com. We will confirm once it has been done. We may need to retain certain records where we are legally required to, or where retention is necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes such as accounting, dispute resolution or enforcing an agreement — in that case we will tell you.
Applications are handled separately. Applications that offer user accounts or store personal information may have their own deletion procedures, which can differ from the process described above and may be carried out inside the application itself. Data deletion for a particular application is governed by that application's Privacy Policy, which explains what deletion options that application actually provides. Not every application offers accounts or stores personal information, so account deletion is not applicable to all of them.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw a consent you previously gave.

Our applications differ from one another in functionality and in data practices, and some of our applications collect no personal information at all. Where an application's policy or Data Safety disclosure differs from this website policy, the application's own disclosure governs that application.

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through it. If you believe a child has submitted information to us through this website, contact admin@qubitsoftech.com and we will delete it.
