These Terms of Use cover the Android app FormPrep, published by QubitSofTech. The same terms are shown inside the app under Me → Terms of Use.
By installing or using FormPrep you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
FormPrep resizes, compresses, converts, crops and checks files so that they match technical requirements published for online applications. Requirements are based on public notifications and may be incomplete, outdated or changed by the authority at any time.
Issuing authorities (passport offices, embassies and consulates, examination and recruitment bodies) alone decide whether an application, photo or file is accepted. Always check the latest official instructions before submitting. QubitSofTech is not affiliated with any government or examination body, and is not responsible for rejected applications, missed deadlines or any loss arising from the use of files prepared with the app.
You are responsible for the files you process and must have the right to use them. Do not use the app to create false, forged or misleading documents. Your files remain yours; the app does not claim any rights in them.
The app is free and supported by ads. New users receive 20 free points once per installation. Each edit or conversion uses 10 reward points; a fully watched rewarded ad adds 30 points, up to 5 ads every 30 minutes. Points have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for cash, are stored only on your device and are lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data. We may change point costs, rewards or limits, or discontinue points, at any time. Attempts to manipulate points or ads (for example by changing the device clock or using automated tools) are not allowed.
Do not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app, interfere with its ads, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QubitSofTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
