FormPrep ("the app", "we", "us") is developed and published by QubitSofTech, a software development company based in India. The same policy is shown inside the app under Me → Privacy Policy.
FormPrep prepares photos, signatures and documents for online application forms. Your photos and documents are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to us or anyone else. The app is free and funded by advertising from Google AdMob.
The app stores, on your device only: your settings, your history list (file names, sizes and results – never file contents), custom requirement presets, editing statistics and your reward-points balance. You can delete history and processed files at any time in the app, or remove everything by uninstalling it. We have no account system and no server copy of this information.
The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob, including banner, native, interstitial, app-open and rewarded ads. To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process your device's advertising ID, IP address (used to estimate general location), device and app information (such as model, operating system and app version) and interactions with ads. This data is collected by Google, not by us, and is governed by Google's policies: policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and some US states) the app asks for your consent through Google's consent message before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the app's Me tab → Ad privacy choices, and you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings.
Watching a rewarded ad earns points that unlock edits and conversions. Your balance and ad-slot timer are stored only on your device. Points have no cash value and are not linked to any identity.
The app does not request camera, location, contacts or storage permissions: "Take photo" uses your camera app, and files are opened through Android's file picker, which gives the app access only to the files you choose.
The app is intended for adults preparing applications (passports, visas, examinations, jobs), including on behalf of their children, and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because your files never leave your device through the app, their security depends on your device. Keep your device locked and up to date.
We may update this policy when the app changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top and publish the new version at this address; material changes will also be highlighted in the app.
