Brickoo: Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms apply to the Brickoo game for Android ("Brickoo", "the app"), published by QubitSofTech ("we", "us"). By installing or using Brickoo you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Using the app

Brickoo is offered free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not copy, resell, modify, reverse engineer or misuse the app, its ads or its content. Do not use cheats, modified versions or automated tools to alter scores, rewards or ads, and do not use the app for anything unlawful.

3. Virtual items

BrickCoins, power-ups, cosmetics, XP and other in-game items are part of the game. They are earned by playing and cannot be bought. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything else of value, and cannot be transferred. We may rebalance prices, rewards, levels and events when we update the game.

4. Your progress

Your progress is stored only on your phone, as described in the Privacy Policy. There is no account or cloud save, so progress that is lost when the app's data is cleared, the app is uninstalled or the phone is reset cannot be recovered by us.

5. Ads

The app shows ads supplied by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads that give an in-game bonus. Do not click ads you are not interested in, and do not encourage others to click them. Ads pause automatically when unusual clicking is detected. Rewards depend on an ad being available; when one cannot be shown, the game may offer an alternative but does not guarantee one.

6. Ownership

Brickoo, its name, icon, artwork, sound and text belong to QubitSofTech.

7. Health and safety

Take regular breaks. The game uses flashing effects; you can reduce them in Settings → Reduced visual effects. If you have a history of seizures or photosensitivity, consult a doctor before playing.

8. No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, QubitSofTech is not liable for lost progress, interruptions, or any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the app means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at East Champaran, Bihar, India have jurisdiction.
